Following an inspection by Ofsted in May 2019, Pioneer House has been graded as outstanding in all areas.

Inspectors commented:

‘Pioneer House High is a warm, welcoming school where visitors, staff, pupils and families are treated with respect, regardless of religion, sexuality or ethnicity.’

‘The school’s work to promote pupils’ personal development and welfare is outstanding.’

Inspectors recognised that:

‘Frequent professional dialogue promotes collaboration, communication and challenge.’
